Cake Batter Oreo Bars

I made this recipe to take to a church event. I found the original recipe online and didn’t have all the ingredients. So I substituted and they were SUPER good! Here’s my version.

Cake Batter Oreo Bars
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1/4 cup of oil
3 oz of cream cheese
1 Egg
1/2-3/4 package of crushed oreo cookies
Mix the cake mix, oil, cream cheese and egg with a mixer. Beat well. Fold in crushed oreo cookies.
Spread batter evenly into an 11x7” pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.  Let the bars cool before trying to cut them. (Trust me.)
