I used the free 6 month size pattern found here to make these cute little rompers for our littlest guy. You can purchase all sizes using this affiliate link to Peek-A-Boo Patterns. It was a little bit tricky, first time I'd ever done a collar or snap placket, but the instructions were exactly what I needed to complete the project! I highly recommend Amy's patterns!

Two Little Baby Outfits.
I really love making handmade baby clothing. I used two patterns, one is free, for this outfit. The shirt was made using the Varsity Cowl Neck from Peek a Boo Pattern Shop (affiliate link). The leggings are the free baby Go-To Leggings Pattern from Go To Patterns.
I purchased the deer print fabric from Peek A Boo pattern's fabric shop as well. It is Birch Organic.

Baby Onesie and Baby Leggings Gift
A good friend of mine is having her first baby in a few weeks. Her shower was recent and I made these two items for her back in May. I was so excited to finally give them to her!
I made this set using two free patterns.
I used the Go To Patterns Baby Leggings for the pants (I made the 9-12 month size). I used the Shwin and Shwin bodysuit pattern, size 9 months.

Baby Girl Onesies
I mentioned the other day that I purchased Kam snaps and pliers. I had to do another project to make use of my snaps.
I used the free pattern found at Shwin and Shwin for the ringer onesie. I made these size 3-6 months.
They are all upcycled or from scrap fabric.

Baby Boy Aviator Hat Crochet Pattern
I posted a cute little pink pig hat a few weeks ago. Obviously, it was for baby girls. Since I have two boys, I like to do boy projects more often than girl projects. And I make newborn hats to donate for the local hospital and can’t only make girl hats.
I could not find a free pattern for an aviator hat, so I decided to draft my own. Keep in mind, I’m still new to crocheting and I’m especially new to drafting patterns. So if you have feedback, I’d love to hear it (please be kind, thanks!)

Hoot, Hoot! Stuffed Owl Pattern & Tutorial.
I love owls! I have made large owls, owl hats…I should have a specific board on Pinterest to use solely for owl inspiration. Do you love owls, too?

Adult-Sized Sun Hat. {Free Pattern}
Since I’d used it before, I used the Oliver + S bucket hat pattern again. I enlarged it for my 22” head. I thought I would share my enlarged version with you in case any of you happen to have a 22” head and would like to make a hat for yourself.
After all, a mama needs to protect her skin, too.

Pattern Testers Needed
I am planning to sell a pattern for making a raglan shirt from upcycled t-shirts. I've made it several times for my little boy.
However, I want a few testers to try their hand at it before I try to sell it. This way, the testers can report any problems or quirks it may have!
This is my plan:
Email me to express your interest in being a tester.
I will send you the pattern (for free) in several emails which contain PDF files. (There are several variations...long sleeves, short sleeves, hoodie, kangaroo pocket...)
You print it off and make whatever variation you want from your own t-shirt stash.
Take pictures of the final product & send them to me.
Give me feedback.
Update: The shirt pattern is size 3T.

Crinkly Toys for Babies and Pattern
I love making baby things. One fabric I have has whales printed onto it, and I wanted to make a matching whale toy. I made it crinkly in the middle! Want to see how? It's very frugal...literally...I used garbage.
Here are two finished toys:
Print out the pattern for the whale (link found at the end of this post!)
To make the whale, cut two pieces from flannel (or whatever fabric you want to use for the outside of the toy.) Then cut two pieces of white fleece. Pin them together. I sewed with wrong sides together, so there was no turning. (I didn't think I'd be able to turn the whale's tail--too skinny.)
You'll need to round up something super crinkly for the stuffing. I didn't have any chip bags or things like that, so I used these egg noodle bags:
Sew around the whole perimeter but leave a space at the bottom for stuffing.
Next, stuff the crinkly packaging you selected between the layers of white fleece. I also stuffed in some regular non-crinkly stuffing. Don't stuff it too tightly or it will not crinkle very loudly.
I sewed up the space I left for stuffing and then I added an eye for the whale. He looked a little sparse without it. If the toy was for a girl, I would add a bow somewhere.
This is the link to use my whale pattern.

Newborn Knit Hat Pattern
I had a few requests for the pattern I used to make all my newborn knit hats (see part 1 here, part 2 here, and part 3 here.)
I traced it and uploaded it here.
Please don't use my pattern to sell hats, just use it for personal use or to make gifts. Thanks!

Stuffed Hippo Pattern
I really like hippos. I made two blue stuffed hippos awhile ago but just posted the picture, not the pattern. Here's a picture of a scrappy pink stuffed hippo I made as well.
As for the pattern, I'm sharing it now! Click here to download the pattern!

Stuffed Dinosaur Tutorial & Pattern
I wanted to make a birthday present for one of our little guy's new friends.
As part of the gift, I made some dinosaur stuffed animals. They're pretty cute.
I'm sharing the pattern here. Here are the corresponding instructions:
1. After you print out and cut the pattern, cut two pieces of fabric for the front and back. Cut five spikes out of felt.
2. Place them right sides together.
3. Place the spikes pointing down on top of the right side of the front fabric.
4. Sew the whole way around the dinosaur's bodies but make sure to leave a space at the bottom through which to turn the fabric and to stuff the dinosaur.
5. Stitch up the opening! All done!
This pattern is only for your personal use or to make gifts. Don't sell the finished dinosaurs made with my pattern. Thanks.
Here's what the gift looks like! You can find the pattern for the slippers here.

Toddler Slipper Pattern
I have been making slippers like crazy. If you recall, I made two pairs for my little boy. I made a pair to match some dinosaurs I made for a friend's little boy (I'll share the dinosaurs soon!). I wanted to share the pattern I have been using to make my son's slippers. Now please keep in mind, he has feet like shoe boxes (he wears a 6.5 extra wide sized shoe!) and these slippers are a little big right now, but better big than small!, right?
Since I had a really hard time finding any patterns for toddler slippers (lots of baby/newborn shoes but none for the bigger kids!), I wanted to share the pattern (click here!) I drew for him. If you're curious, I had to adapt a newborn shoe pattern to do toddler slippers in the following ways: I made the toe shorter and the casing wider.
This pattern is for your own personal use; don't sell shoes or slippers you make using my pattern. Thanks!
This is my first attempt at doing a pattern! So let me know if there are any problems with the way I've shared it...
